Project UE

Dear colleagues,

As you may know the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP) is constantly working on the recognition of the profession of psychotherapy in the European Union. The aim is to ensure qualtiy criterias, set up common training standards and to facilitate the migration of psychotherapists.
The European Commission asked the EAP to justify the need for a common legislation through evidence that the current situation is unsatisfactory. Therefore the EAP needs to identify cases where psychotherapists had problems with migration and/or decided not to move because of disproportionate compensations demanded by the EU Member state they wanted to move to.
Please help us by filling in the following questionnaire:
If you have any questions concerning the questionnaire or if you are interested in further information concerning the EAP, please do not hesitate to contact the EAP headoffice: eap.headoffice@europsyche.org
