SUBSCRIPTION OF GESTALT MAGAZINE

In 2007 Gestalt magazine will appear twice.
The price of one magazine is 20 PLN.
The price of a yearly subscription (two issues) is 35 PLN.

Distribution of subscribed magazines:

In 2007 two issues of Gestalt magazines will appear 1/2007 (65) and 2/2007 (66).

Subscription for 2007 is 35 PLN.
How to subscribe?
1) Subscription can be paid through the forms available in post offices and in banks. They should be filled in according to the instructions and the money should be paid either in cash (post offices) or by transfer (in bank) to our bank account: Bank BPH SA o/ Kraków no 75 1060 0076 0000 3200 0085 3537, till September 2007 at the latest. Please fill in the form legibly in black or dark blue ink.
2) Subscription can be paid also in the Institute office.
3) Branches of Ruch SA also receive payments for subscriptions all over Poland. Subscription abroad is 100% more expensive, costs of air mail is covered by the subscriber.
